South Downs Light Railway
Service
This volunteer-run railway is at Pulborough Garden Centre and trains will take you on a trip through the gardens from Stopham Road Station.
What we do:
- The railway started in 2000 and has carried many thousands of passengers on a journey of just under one mile.
- Trains run from March to September and are usually hauled by a real coal-burning steam engine.
- Five accessible parking bays and an accessible toilet within the garden centre. Passengers need to be able to keep their arms and legs inside the train carriage.
