What we do:

  • Professional Development Training aimed at professionals who work with young people to recognise and understand the effects of an eating disorders. We hope this will mean more young people get the vital treatment they need earlier.
  • Developing Dolphins Skills Workshops These two-day workshops aim to empower parent carers to support change and promote recovery by improving their understanding of eating disorders; by providing tools and practical strategies to care for someone.
  • Echo Peer Coaching Echo is a free peer coaching telephone service that matches skilled volunteers with parents or carers supporting someone currently struggling with an eating disorder. The service reduces isolation and the burden of caring for someone.
  • Ambassadors Our Ambassadors speaking about their experience in order to educate, breakdown barriers to treatment, whilst acting as inspirational figurers proving recovery is possible. We are recruiting across Sussex.
