Bartons Primary is a friendly and welcoming school. We aim to provide children with a happy, safe and caring environment where all children can achieve their full potential through an engaging and enriching curriculum. We celebrate individual successes in all areas of school life.

What we do:

We provide all children with an engaging and enriching curriculum, which will inspire them to become excited, self-motivated lifelong learners.
We work hard to include all children and respond to their needs in a variety of ways and with a variety of resources. We work collaboratively to ensure children feel cared for and we encourage them to overcome any barrier to learning they may encounter.
Class teachers consult with parents and the SENCo in order to decide whether adapted or additional provision is needed. Reasonable steps are taken to ensure these needs are met.
We also work closely with a range of outside agencies to ensure children are receiving the additional support they need.
