Service
Impulse Leisure provide a range of weekly activities and fun days for children with additional needs and disabilities. Sessions currently run at 3 of our Leisure Centres; Chanctonbury (Storrington), Southwick and Lancing Manor.
What we do:
- Our weekly sessions include, Trampolining, Dance, Bouncy Castle, Multisports and Sensory Play. Please contact one of our centres to speak to a member of staff, or to book your child on for an activity.
- Each year we also put on 3 fun days at each of our leisure centres. The whole family is welcome to come along and enjoy the fun.
- Our aim is to provide all children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities the opportunity to access our activities.
- We have a team of dedicated staff, who are experienced in delivering activities that are tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
- We are committed to making our centres accessible. We have ample free parking, including disabled bays at all sites, accessible toilets, accessible changing facilities and lifts.

"I have started taking my 13 year old daughter to the Inclusive Family Fitness at Impulse Leisure Southwick on a Sunday morning. Not only does this provide a great activity for my daughter and me (as I struggle to find activities that are right for her as a 13 year old pre school level), but by working with Yasmin, the exercises will help to develop her mobility and strength.
