Autism Spectrum Teacher

What we do:

• Outreach support: Outreach visits follow a cycle of observation, coaching, modeling and reviewing impact, in order to empower and equip staff to meet the needs of children with autism and ensure good progress.
• Training: AST delivers tailored training workshops to develop staff knowledge on themes relating to autism including: • Understanding autism • Understanding behaviour • Inclusive teaching strategies • Successful transitions
• Coaching: AST also provides personalised 1 to 1 or group coaching, online or in person to focus on problem solving and developing strategies and solutions to meet the needs of individual circumstances.
